With a background in public accounting at KPMG and RSM, and as a Main Street Certified Tax Advisor, Adam brings a wealth of experience in tax strategy, financial controls, and advisory services. His passion lies in partnering with law firms and professional service providers to deliver tailored solutions that drive growth and profitability.

Chase Cullison, CPA, joined the Financial Synergy team in 2021, bringing over five years of experience from his work in public accounting at RSM. With deep expertise in financial reporting, bookkeeping, and strategic financial advisory services, Chase is dedicated to helping small and mid-sized businesses achieve financial clarity and make well-informed decisions that support growth and long-term success. His passion for empowering entrepreneurs drives his commitment to delivering tailored financial solutions that foster business success.

Micah Malnar, CPA, joined Financial Synergy in 2023, bringing with him eight years of diverse accounting experience. His background includes six years in public accounting, where he worked with a wide range of clients and industries, and two years as a financial controller, managing financial operations and strategic planning. Micah’s expertise and commitment to excellence make him a valuable asset to Financial Synergy’s team, helping clients achieve financial clarity and success.

ACCOUNTING MANAGER

Mary Joy Ceniza has eight years of experience in the accounting field, with experience in financial reporting and strategic insights. Previously, she was a Team Lead Accountant, where she honed her skills in managing complex accounting tasks, process improvements and fostering team collaboration. She is dedicated to maintaining high standards of financial integrity and helping businesses achieve their financial goals.

TAX MANAGER

Arnold Orgen joined Financial Synergy in 2024, bringing with him extensive expertise in U.S. tax preparation, compliance, planning, and bookkeeping. With three years of experience as a general accountant in the local gaming industry and a background in teaching college-level accounting, Arnold's skills are wide-ranging.  Arnold also has a background in cross-border taxation leveraging his expertise to help clients navigate the complexities of US-Canadian tax regulations and treaties. As Tax Manager, Arnold plays a crucial role in helping clients maximize deductions and minimize liabilities while ensuring compliance with intricate tax regulations.

TRANSACTIONAL ACCOUNTANT

Gimille Dablo is a dedicated and detail-oriented professional with over two years of experience as a bookkeeper. Skilled in managing financial records, reconciling accounts, and ensuring accurate financial reporting. She brings a strong sense of organization and a commitment to accuracy to every task. Passionate about maintaining financial integrity and supporting business operations, in delivering reliable bookkeeping services.

Sheikinah Lazo has six years of diverse experience in accounting, bookkeeping and financial reporting. She was previously a US Accountant managing multiple clients where she gained significant experience with different accounting systems and processes. She is dedicated to deliver quality accounting services by maintaining high standards of financial integrity.
